Here are the CVC Positions available for Arrowmen that are Youth. Adults are needed to fill Adviser spots.

CVC of Auction;

Collect patch donations from a wide variety of lodges throughout the section. Create incentives for patch donors to donate more valuable patches that will help to raise funds for the section. Encourage attendance to auctions by promoting the auctions BEFORE conclave.

CVC of Shows;

Creates a program that is both entertaining and relevant to the overall theme of conclave. Recruit a staff of actors and stage crew to carry out the program. Start working on aspects of conclave shows MONTHS before conclave by filming segments or practicing lines. Create a conclave promotional video that is ready by June. Create and prepare for an opening show, a theme show, and a closing show.

CVC of Site;

Coordinate with the conclave site location to ensure a facility that will be able to accommodate ALL of the activities of conclave. Work to organize all eating arrangements as well as secure a staff to prepare all meals.

CVC of Special Events;

Organize all events Saturday afternoon such as the sports events, the Indian affairs, and all special luncheons. Organize all lodge scores and be able to give a report by dinner that same day. Work with the Site CVC to prepare a fun and different lunch for VIA’s and other special guests.

CVC of Trading Post

Work with the section secretary to create section promotional items that can be sold during conclave. Promote the trading post, so to encourage participants to purchase items. Recruit a staff to work the trading post and offer a wide variety of snacks and memorabilia.

CVC of Training

Organizes and sets up all training classes. Creates a schedule of classes for Saturday morning. Recruits a staff of trainers to carry out and facilitate all of his training classes. Works with his advisor to deliver and carry out a powerful training program that ALL will be able to benefit from.
