Registration for the 2012 Section W3S Conclave is done online through SectionMaster as in past years. You will need a debit/credit card to complete your registration. When you start the Conclave registration, you will be asked to enter your email address. If you are registering for someone else, you will want to use an email address that you have access to.
If you have registered for other Conclaves previously using SectionMaster, you should use the same email address as before, even if you no longer have access to that account. SectionMaster uses your email address to identify you as a returning participant, and your existing registration data can be carried forward to 2012, saving you the time of re-entering all the same information as before.

SectionMaster is a trusted data and payment processor, which has been contracted by Section W3S, headquartered at the San Francisco Bay Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, to provide services such as event registration, trading post sales, and online payment processing. Data stored on the SectionMaster servers is sole property of Section W3S, and will not be sold to or shared with any third party by SectionMaster as clearly outlined in the SectionMaster Privacy Policy. Only authorized agents of Section W3S will be permitted to access data stored on the SectionMaster servers.
